Consumer Demand Triggers A Bigger Bottle
Consumer Demand Triggers A Bigger Bottle RPC Containers Llantrisant has produced a new standard 750 ml PET trigger bottle to meet increasing demand for larger pack sizes in the household products sector.

Traditionally, the 500 ml size has dominated the household market but, driven by consumer demand, brands are looking to offer more product and improved value for money. The 750 ml is considered a suitable size increase while optimising convenience of use and affordability.

RPC Llantrisant's new value size bottle design – offered alongside its existing 500 ml variant – is tailored to meet the requirements of both consumers and brands. The pleasing curved shape, for example, offers a balance between functionality, aesthetics and branding. The bottle body is raised to deliver a large and prominent labelling area, while the neck is ergonomically shaped to provide a natural grip for consumers.

Filling requirements have also been taken into consideration – the bottle's 28 mm screw neck is compatible with many of the standard triggers already available on the market.

RPC Llantrisant can supply the bottle in a number of material options to suit branding or environmental considerations, including clear or coloured PET, and 50% post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymer.
